Members of the bipartisan subcommittee taking the lead in the House Oversight Committee’s UFO investigation have named three witnesses for the upcoming hearing on UFOs scheduled for July 26.

Representative Tim Burchett revealed the names of the witnesses: David Grusch, David Fravor, and Ryan Graves, NewsNation reported.

Who is David Grusch?

Grusch is the former intelligence official who claimed during the exclusive interview with Ross Coulthart for NewsNation that he learned from sources within the intelligence community about a secret decades-old UFO retrieval program.

His sources told him that the government was in the custody of alien technology recovered from crash sites and evidence of extraterrestrial biology.

According to The Debrief, David Grusch, 36, is a decorated former combat officer who served in Afghanistan.

He was also a Senior Intelligence Officer (2016-2021) and representative of the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) to the Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force (2019-2021).

He worked as a Senior Intelligence Capabilities Integration Officer and Senior Technical Advisor for UAP analysis/Trans-Medium Issues with the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) from late 2021 to July 2022.

As Senior Intelligence Capabilities Integration Officer at the NGA, Grush held a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) Clearance.

Who is Ryan Graves?

Ryan Graves is the executive director of Americans for Safe Aerospace. He is also the CEO and Founder of Merged Point and the host of the Merged Podcast.

According to his LinkedIn profile, Graves is a former Navy F/A-18F Super Hornet and T-45C Goshawk instructor pilot.

In 2012, he served with the Strike Fighter Squadron 11 (VFA-11), also known as The Red Rippers, aboard the USS Enterprise (CVN-65) as part of Operation Enduring Freedom.

In 2015, he deployed with The Red Rippers on board the USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-71) as part of Operation Inherent Resolve.

Since he left the Navy in 2019, he has worked with multiple companies, including FAST Labs, an R&D center within BAE Systems’ Electronics Sector.

He also worked with Quantum Generative Materials (GenMat), a material science company.

He is the first Chair of the Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena Integration & Outreach Committee (UAPIOC) at the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics.

Footage from Graves’ encounter with a UFO in 2015 while flying over waters off the East Coast as part of the USS Theodore Roosevelt Carrier Strike Group came to be known as the GIMBAL video (see below).

Who is David Fravor?

U.S. Navy Cmdr. David Fravor (ret.) is the former commanding officer of the U.S. Navy’s Strike Fighter Squadron 41 (VFA-41), also known as the Black Aces. He served as a Navy Pilot for 18 years.

He graduated from the Strike Fighter Tactics Instructor program (SFTI program), better known as the TOPGUN, and commanded the squadron of F/A-18Fs on the USS Nimitz.

In May 2017, he appeared on CBS’s 60 Minutes with Lt. Cmdr. Alex Dietrich (ret.) to talk about a UFO sighting they experienced together on November 14, 2004.

They encountered the UFO during a training mission with the Nimitz Carrier Strike Group. Fravor believed the UFO was of extraterrestrial origin because it executed maneuvers beyond the capabilities of human technology.

They were flying about 100 miles off the coast of San Diego when they received instructions to intercept an unknown object spotted on radar from the navy cruiser USS Princeton.

The ship’s radar had been detecting “multiple anomalous aerial vehicles” for days, and they wanted Fravor and Dietrich to investigate.

They said the UFO was a white tic-tac-looking object with “no predictable movement, no predictable trajectory,” implying that it changed direction erratically.

Fravor approached it from above to get a close look. It was about the size of a F/A-18F and had no visible markings, wings, or exhaust. He attempted to intercept the object, but it accelerated and seemed to disappear.

Pentagon authorized the release of the video (the FLIR video) from Fravor’s UFO encounter in 2020 (see video below). They released the FLIR video alongside the GIMBAL and GOFAST videos after unauthorized releases in 2007 and 2017 (see all three videos above).

The FLIR video shows the UFO flying at 80,000 feet. It descended to 20,000 feet within a second and hovered before the radar lost track of it.
