Government kept ‘huge’ number of UFO sightings from public, Senator Josh Hawley claims

Republican Senator Josh Hawley has accused the government of keeping a “huge” number of UFO sightings from the public. He urged Congress to investigate recent whistleblower claims about a secret crashed UFO retrieval program.

The Senator from Missouri alleged that the number of UFO sightings appeared to be “huge,” but the government downplayed them.

“The number of these [UFO sightings] is apparently huge, and that is something that the government has, the best I can say about it, downplayed if not kept from the public, for a long, long time,” Hawley told NewsNation on Wednesday (see video below).

Hawley claimed the government concealed many UFO sightings

Hawley admitted that he did not have sufficient information to assess the accuracy of recent sensational allegations by the whistleblower David Grusch. But he said the claims were consistent with what he learned at Congressional briefings.

According to Hawley, Grusch’s claim that the government wasn’t telling the public all they knew about UFOs was plausible because official reports he had seen admitted the authorities concealed some UFO sightings (UAPs or Unidentified Anomalous/Aerial Phenomena).

He added that evidence suggested that government agents have covertly tracked UFOs for many years.

To back up his comments about government UFO secrecy, Hawley cited alleged efforts by the Biden administration to conceal the Chinese spy balloon incident earlier in January.

Whistleblower David Grusch’s allegations

Senator Josh Hawley’s comments come amid reports that the House Oversight Committee is considering a proposal to hold public hearings on Grusch’s sensational allegations.

Paranormal Papers reported that Grush recently filed a whistleblower complaint alleging that the U.S. government has a program for retrieving UFOs that landed or crashed on Earth.

The 36-year-old former National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) member alleged that the U.S. government successfully retrieved alien (non-man-made) technology from crash sites.

In interviews with The Debrief and NewsNation, Grusch said he turned over evidence to Congress.

He added that the alien technology retrieval program was among the most closely guarded government secrets and that only a few intelligence officials knew about it. According to Grusch, senior intelligence officers confided in him with proof.

Congressional skepticism

Although Hawley believed that the government could be concealing information about retrieved alien UFOs, some members of Congress were skeptical of the suggestion.

Senator Lindsey Graham of South Carolina said he did not believe that government could conceal information about its agents retrieving extraterrestrial technology or pieces of alien hardware from a crash site.

“My gut belief is if there’s a physical piece of a spacecraft or an intact spaceship, we would’ve known about it by now,” Graham said.

Pentagon denied allegations about retrieved Alien UFOs

Pentagon recently responded to inquiries by NewsNation, saying that the All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) did not have information that secret government programs recovered alien UFOs or alien technology from any crash site.

I am amazed that the politicians know so little about the US involvement with recovered alien spacecraft, going back to Roswell New Mexico in ’47.
I guess the politicians are too busy counting thier voters, instead of keeping up with alien recoveries.
