A resident of Harrisonburg in the Shenandoah Valley region of Virginia reported sighting three UFOs flying over the city on Sunday (November 19).

Loren was driving on Neff Avenue toward Port Republic Road from Valley View Mall at about 5:15 pm when he accidentally looked up and noticed a strange-looking object in the sky. It looked so unusual that he felt compelled to pull over and watch.

He told WHSV he first thought it was a large airplane, but it moved silently without making any audible sound.

The flight behavior was also not unlike an airplane. It flew straight up in the sky like a space rocket and had a “fuzzy, reddish outline” against the backdrop of the blue sky.

The latest incident comes after the Indian Air Force scrambled fighter jets to investigate a UFO sighting over the Imphal Airport in the eastern part of the country. A resident of North Carolina also reported experiencing a feeling of “dread” after sighting strange UFO lights in the sky.

UFO disappeared mysteriously

Loren reached inside his pocket for his cell phone, but the UFO vanished before he could snap a picture.

He was puzzled by the sudden disappearance of the UFO. It couldn’t have disappeared behind a cloud because it was mostly blue sky.

Loren believed no human-made airplane or rocket could fly fast enough to disappear so quickly. Still puzzled, he resumed driving.

After driving a few minutes, he saw two other UFOs in the sky to the east. At first, he thought it looked like a regular plane. But he realized it was not a plane when he noticed a multicolored object flying below it.

Again, he tried to snap a picture on his phone, but the objects disappeared before he could take out his phone.

The second UFO was a silver tube-shaped craft

Loren revealed that the second UFO was tube-shaped, like a regular aircraft. It had a smaller object flying below it.

He told WHSV he did not have the habit of watching the sky or stopping while driving to take photographs of aerial objects. He stopped to watch because the UFOs were unlike any civilian or military aircraft he’d seen.

Loren said that when the first UFO disappeared suddenly, he began doubting his senses. However, he was sure about what he saw during the second sighting. He knew they were not regular aircraft.

Loren shared his experience with his family

When he got home, he told his wife about the sightings.

She didn’t take his story seriously. She laughed and posted a joke about it on Facebook.

But the couple was shocked when many other Harrisonburg residents responded, saying they also saw the strange aerial objects.

A Facebook user from neighboring Charlottesville also said they saw the object to the west.

The identity of the UFOs remains a mystery. However, the Shenandoah Valley region has a long history of UFO sightings, including the 1964 Fisherville incident.
