Video purportedly showing UFO lights over Philadelphia is gaining attention on multiple social media platforms. Reddit user dnyolwaank shared the video on the content-sharing platform (see video) below).

According to the Redditor, the video shows a “cluster of multicolored lights” over Philadelphia. The witness said he spotted them hovering high over the Kensington section of the city.

The lights were spinning and merging, the witness said. They also darted back and forth as his wife drove along, making it harder to film them.

Multiple blinking lights over Philly

The video shows multiple lights darting around in the daytime against clear blue skies.

The Reddit user described the UFOs as a “cluster of lights flying above Philly.” He said they were blinking “in and out,” moving fast in a zigzagging pattern and merging.

The video is difficult to follow because the camera is unsteady. Some viewers complained about it, and the Reddit user explained that his wife was driving at the time and did not want to stop to watch UFOs in the sky.

“Next time you see UFOs in the sky, please, politely, tell your wife to STOP THE f******* CAR!!!!” a viewer commented.

“She didn’t want to stop as we were in Kensington haha,” dnyowaank responded.

He joked that she probably didn’t want to stop because she was an alien and didn’t want humans to discover the truth about them.

Reactions on Twitter

UFO enthusiasts who scrutinized the unsteady footage added their observations.

One viewer claimed that a “frame-by-frame” analysis showed two lights merging into one. The viewer added that they weren’t birds.

Others claimed they had seen similar objects in the sky.

Fresno residents saw UFO lights on New Year’s Eve

The latest sighting comes after residents of Fresno, California, reported sighting UFO lights in the night sky over the city on New Year’s Eve.

A video uploaded on social media shows a group of friends together at a place near Cedar and McKinley Avenues.

They pointed the camera to the sky after they noticed unexplained lights. They debated and concluded they were not Starlink satellites, airplanes, flares, or meteorites. Some suggested they were Chinese lanterns, but others disagreed.

Another witness reported similar sightings in other parts of the country. A Vallejo (California) resident claimed they saw them over the city about three hours from Fresno.

The witness, who claimed to be a retired aviation technician, insisted they were not aircraft but orange-colored lights flying in an “irregular formation” and gaining altitude slowly.

A second person reported sighting them in Houston, Texas.
